I imagine it would be like a Bolt Sniper Rifle, but single-shot (but a more powerful and devastating shot than a normal bolter), with a finely carved wooden handle and trim, and without the rifle scope (to demonstrate the Space Marine's incredible aim).
It would have to be reloaded like a musket, but the speed of a Space Marine makes up for it.

Like the musketeers, they would have to combine their attacks with the musket and the rapier with surgical precision.
