They are building these kinds of shitty homes in my state of North Carolina. Some kind turbo suburb with no yard or distance between neighbors. A bunch of fake siding and poorly built wooden homes. D.R. Horton is the primary builder.

Homes going for around $400,000. Right across the street from homes that were worth like $60,000 not that long ago.

The housing market is completely fucking weird. What's even funnier is that many foreigners are buying these homes? What happens if they leave this country during a recession? Are they going to pay back their mortgage in China?
