Only the consolation prize seeing Ukraine become ungovernable as the people are unable to rebuild and repopulate their country would be feasible and it is far from likely that Ukrainians will oblige to this
Ukraine as an independent political, cultural and geographic entity will remain and their position will only become stronger with time if no catastrophic inflections and trends occur in the mean time.
All the while the dynamic is reversed for the kremlin regime, it's grasp on power will become ever more brittle, having bled off a lot of its (perceived or actual) legitimacy due to this retarded war.
