Can you force yourself to focus?
Its one thing to convince myself I must exercise, but can you actually study if your mind is trying to avoid it?
why do some people feel they need more breaks than others? and why do some people feel the need to take breaks without puting in as much effort?
Whats the difference between burnout and just being lazy? Couldn't I claim something like
>I did an hour of work, I'm burnt out and can't do anymore.
I'm trying to figure out when I can still force myself to do something, when my mind is fighting me not to every step of the way
