Now I hope they rule in favor of undoing laws saying if you do drugs like weed you can't own a gun simply because its a fat-soluble drug and can remain in your system weeks after you use it, which is retarded thinking. Those who drink alcohol can own guns just fine, and that's also considered a drug but is viewed differently due to our history as a nation and that its been around forever. Weed has also been around forever but for some reason its considered novel and newer than booze just due to the fact of being used in lesser cases in america, historically speaking or understood by the common american.
