I doubt Fuji will draw it, ever. But he did say in an interview that he usually has some kind of idea in his mind even for the stuff that was left out of the manga, for example the 100% completed Gun Devil.
So maybe he had an idea for the "old War Devil" in his mind too. Someone should ask him the question.
