They new mobik recruits actually get payed a sign-on bonus upfront, and the authorities actually deliver on it. The actual salary doesn't matter as much to those doing the recruitment and the payments. When the cash stops what we will see is the huge initial lumpsum payments ceasing and recruitment numbers plummeting.
