Yeah, so you make the game about that. That new Tachy can move forward, but Mother Sphere can't. Because Tachy makes new connections, but Mother Sphere just keeps to herself. Otherwise, Mother Sphere would have won by now.
Not much point in the "return the usbs to mother sphere to update her knowledge" system if most people died, so the usbs never got back to her!
