I'm 100% certain ruri will get a s2 before Onimai.
For me it feels like Neko and the anime studio are in print money mode where they're going to drag everything as long as they can.
Maybe we will never get any new seasons since progress is so slow in the manga and there is just nothing worth to animate even tho we have enough material for atleast 3+ season.
