Technology that will cure my homosexuality?

In light of recent news regarding the Online Safety Act and Apple giving the UK government a backdoor to their encrypted network (well, officially now at least). What are some fully encrypted mobile devices out there? Or operating systems for phones? Or at least, ones that aren’t contemporary
