On another note, I'm not sure how they'll remedy this newer CC format. Arclight looks promising but I can only say that having not played—I was equally hyped for Extinguished Sins and this is by far the least fun I've had playing Arknights in a while. Ramping up enemy stats (particularly defensive ones) seems to have backfired so they bandaid fixed it by adding the storm, which deals true damage. This caused the entire CC to revolve around pushing/pulling, alongside other awfully oppressive tags. Perhaps there are people who find stalling fun, I personally don't. Also, why keep adding invisible enemies without increasing the amount of operators who can reveal invisibility? That one's just a pedantic complaint from me. I really do miss the daily stages and rotating permanent ones, as well as our clears being uploaded to the /akg/ site. Sometimes I wonder if the developers actually invest a sufficient amount of manpower into playtesting or if everything/everyone is going into Endfield at this point. I don't intend on doomposting or making baseless speculation but either way it's at least a little frustrating.
