I like to think they save her for last. Just so that she can really appreciate it. It's not often that they get a girl who's so enthusiastic about it. Plus, there's nothing better than the mindfuck of a victim looking back at her closest friends for some sort of comfort, and realising that one of them is deeply and unapologetically loving her suffering. Especially for the second-last victim. She tries to look strong for her friend, condemned to be turned without anyone to comfort her through it, only for her last sight to be the look of sadistic glee on her face.
