Yes, because it says to me that their soul is finally working and their brain understands what's finally happening. Trust is fickle, faith is strong. You of course, know this.
I've seen more profound life changes happen after people receive the holy ghost. I've watched some people get baptized and do great things. I've seen people receive the holy ghost and it damn near killed them, me included. Some of us have had a harder time being less of a fuck up.

But through God and Christ, all things are possible.
