USDA mortgages have no money down.
But, there are criteria for location and type of home. I think it's something like the home needs to be free of any volatiles like asbestos, mold and things like that, the home has to have a source of heat for every room, and the home can have no more than $15,000 worth of rehab work needing done to it. The home also has to be in a rural area, but the USDA definition of rural is very ambiguous. A good portion of the US is considered rural for this loan. I think the interest rate is fixed at 4.5% too.
