I don't think Shroud's dumb for going with for the 50/50. Without the astral pulse's enhancement Shroud and his crew wouldn't make it out, after his initial plan with the spider mech failed because of the twist BB pulled with Chase.
Also god damn BB is amazing, I never saw it coming.
