I played it long before it got updated so like you said there was some cognitive dissonance. But apparently for ME3 it got updated. So Male Shepards lines are voiced, of course not by Meer or an AI synth of it. Still I felt satisfied by it, supposedly another modder is making another version of a gay romance mod for Garrus. This time using AI synths, the modder is the same person who made the Joker romance mod. Hopefully it sees the light of day, unfortunately they've been silent for a while.
