do you want to piss off people working in the russian government? citizens? all citizens, or just ones who support the current regime? everyone in russia? people who "support russia" in other countries??
also, whichever of those groups it is, if you think they're so worthless, why wouldn't you just want to erase them & keep the beautiful cities?
or maybe you don't like the way st petersburg looks, and that's why you want it demolished???
