What will be the consequences

Hello, this seems to be the best place to ask about AI with regard to what I'm looking for - which is the best AI tool/resource and method for creating original artwork for a personalized themed full deck of tarot cards (78 cards total; 56 major arcana, 22 minor - each which corresponds to a specific card, like "The Magician," "The Fool," "The Hanged Man," etc.).

How would I go about sending source images (and how many for it to get an idea of what the theme/topic I'm looking to make the deck around?).

Art style is less particular, rather than the theme, (such as characters from horror movies, etc.), though maybe with similarities to the classic art style of the Rider-Waite tarot set, or possibly the Tarot of Marseilles.

I have scans of the original cards, but it seems to me the images/sources from the fictional characters/theme/locations etc.from the film/lore I want to use will be what I would need to provide it with. Surely less source images would be required to upload/feed it than the full 78... Probably things like images with the ensemble of characters and such in one pic would be what to look for, right? The most ideal... Or maybe I can just write the title/property in the text box for the prompt...

But what is the best thing to use? Anyone have any experience doing similar.There's a bunch of different stuff on search engines, of course, but probably most of them are dogshit. Hopefully someone here would be able to recommend one that's actually good/useful and able to do what I want with the best quality result/output.

I trust this place with what to use RE AI. I'm not going to /x/, before anyone suggests that.
