Why hasn't anyone thought of turning a wastepack atomizer into a wastepack burning power generator yet?

Look, we take a vanilla atomizer, give it 1000w of power instead of 400w of power consumption, and change its description and cost as if it had a toxifier generator built into it.
If you want to be extra balanced, just add one pump cost and power consumption to it and slow it down by 1/6 (one atomizer can support up to 6 generators)
Now it can constantly give you some power (still sucks compared to any generator really), and slowly atomize your robot poo.

All you need is just tweak the xml. I won't even try to turn this into a mod.
