Realistically speaking, couldn't Tafuku be used as a last effort to contain Magatsumi/El Hermano? This knowing that otherwise he'd be better off protecting the still alive wielders by taking them into his sumo ring.
If he doesn't die by taking a full Malediction all by himself, he won't die at all.
