I binge drink everytime I drink, but I hate it because the two hours feel good, but then the next day I just feel like absolute shit. My brain is in a fog, and I feel weak. I've tried everything to prevent it. Drinking a lot of water before and during drinking, nac, b12, b1, eating a lot of protein, but it never works or makes me feel any better the next day. The only method that has ever worked was just going full alcoholic and drink every day with no breaks.
