It sounded pretty absurd to me at first, but then i noticed i couldn't name an objectively better anemo character to save my life. Even Kazuha that sounds like an obvious pick at first has lots of competition nowadays. I still use Jean a lot( more than Cloud Retainer in fact ), but saying she's better felt forced too. Different niches and all that.
