anons pls, two shots of bourbon has the same amount of liquorhol as two shots of bourbon plus ice. I live in Sydney, it was 40ºC that day cut us some slack.

Also I don't find Blan'on's to be all that sweet. Yes, it is a little sweet, but not particularly salient
