Nah. At least not it’s it with Bloober. They’ve shown zero evidence they can actually improve on a game yet, SH2 shows they can copy and paste and make some minor changes to modernize it but the level of mechanical improvement 4 needs should by all means be beyond them.

Alfred made sure there was only one female on his island... aside from Claire... The lack of zombie types is a bit lame. Though, it was also a prison camp on a remote island. So a lot of generic zombies in either employee uniforms or prison garb. One of the biggest issues that I had with the game is the lack of body dismemberment and head decapitations. Something that RE2 had as well. The information on who made the game is a little suse. Generally, Nextech (now Nex Entertainment) apparently played a huge role in the development of the game. I think this can be confirmed given that they also had a hand in the PS2 and Gamecube ports, and even were the main developer of Resident Evil Survivor Code: Veronica light gun game. There is also some speculation that Tose worked as a silent partner making some of the assets and such. But no way to confirm that. Since Tose has a tendency of leaving their names off the credits.
