Russians are the vast majority in Crimea, and then make up a sizeable portion, approaching half, of most of the eastern provinces. Russia ought to get half of the eastern provinces and there should be arrangements made for the Russian citizens of those areas not ceded to gradually move to the Russian territories.
As far as I’m aware there aren’t any predominantly Ukrainian areas on the Russian side but if there are then the same should be done in those areas too.
