i experienced this first hand this week. preface i am not a coder or know anything about web design. i wanted to make a web 1.0 style webpage with just simple html and css in notepad to have the 90's geocities vibe. my shitty website runs great on desktop browser but mobile browsers are so retarded they cant even load a page with less than 100 lines of basic retard level html and animated GIFS. it was infuriating attempting to get it to to work on mobile browsers considering the level of code was extremely basic html and css only.
