No, she wasn't. Not since BS at least, and even then I'd argue Sampo and the other 4* DoTs were still dealing the main damage of the DoT team, she's just there to explode the DoTs. You quite literally weren't using Kafka right if you tried to build her as anything but a DoT exploder.
