He didn't say that. He wants people to be wiped for their own fuckups instead of everyone in the group. But that requires reworking ressurection so it can't be used but once every 3 minutes like WoWs battle rez. Never happening at this point. Game just needs to scale the raid system into difficulties and just add one or 2 mechanics to make each one harder. It shouldn't be just left as content that majority of the playerbase doesn't touch because of the work required to even do it
