This is one of those accusations that's also a confession. You pay for slop that you don't enjoy, so you assume everyone does and that its inevitable that "they" (whomever that is) will get your money.
Meanwhile, some of us have never paid for a big budget movie because they're all slop. Some of us pirate the movies. Others just don't care. How do they get your money that way, genius? "no, you see, they technically own this company and that company, so they're still getting your money! So you might as well pay for slop and watch slop!"
1.) If that were true, they wouldn't be changing their strategy to attract men.
2.) That's not how business works. If you don't buy slop, and do buy non-slop, the company will go "the slop is wasting our money, lets make more non slop", and not "Well, we still got their money! Lets keep wasting billions of dollars on slop and lose money because, hey, we make a FRACTION of it back anyway!"
