There is a mission editor and bunch of missions and liveries to get off the workshop, but no plane mods yet I don't think. Flying the Ifrit or Revoker with <50% fuel and minimal weapon stores is basically Yukikaze mode. With a thrust-to-weight of >1.1 and thrust vectoring, you can just do whatever you want.
