so essentially it's a planet where the humans who have adapted to this hydraulic press planet have become stronger, their organs are more efficient and their bones have become thicker. The only abhumans that could survive are likely only Ogryns, and I would not be suprised if they're all pit slaves or imperial guard auxiliaries. They probably all look as stocky as a catachan if not slightly less so, and if there's any ashwasters or equivalent outside the hive city they're probably the most rugged and hardy folk on the entire planet. Likewise, the hive city probably isn't so large in height as it is in width, for obvious reasons.
