It fails because AI tools are handed off to boss GenZ minis who are told by Dilbertian managers to make departments disappear. They click an icon and wonder a minute later why their entire staff is still there. Handing AI tools to a company department and simply telling them to make great things happen is like handing a hammer to a plumber and expecting him to build a house.

This is its only use other than generating big-titted elf characters. It saves you a fuckton of time at the beginning of research or framing a plan for any project, providing direction and pointing out elements of the work you may not have thought of. The difference between people who use AI successfully and those who don,t is the end product produced by the former in no way resembles the original AI output.
