What do you do when you can't find the energy to make any progress, even small progress? I guess I'm depressed but I don't feel sad. I just feel a neurological-level inability to do anything I need to do

Did you try clearing everything from the browser? Get a second web browser for clearing on exit if you are trying to keep your entire history/cookies on your primary browser. I abuse it for updooting on certain websites.
