Tested SMilk on Ultra AI and I'm just barely short of killing it. With one more ele dmg line I could do it easily I think.
Her dmg is already getting pretty close to RRH when she has something to pierce, I think with the right boss, maybe something like Material H with a persistent double hit pierce spot on the core, she could outdamage RRH at equal investment.
