I took this screenshot a few years ago, the tooltips for this single skill is so long I had to take an out of game screenshot just to capture the whole thing. This isn't even the worst one I've seen either.

Personally from my experience playing MMO's GW1's are the most clear and concise about what they do save for a few, but every MMO has skills that are "ok what the fuck am I looking at". What skill did you encounter at low level that you thought was confusing?
