What do you think you have to gain by downplaying how lewd Gal*Gun is here? Of course it's made to be humorous and outrageous, that's almost all anime-style ecchi humor in general. Senran Kagura and Genkai Tokki are the same. That doesn't mean they aren't lewd. It's part of the general culture and identity of these games, they're both funny and lewd.
