Don't get me wrong, ukraine has fucked up in many ways and god knows the government is far from perfect. But the vast majority of their mistakes and flaws can ultimately be chalked up to their western allies being weak, indecisive, and most importantly, inconsistent. Russia on the other hand, the successor of the once mighty USSR, the supposed second army in the world, the mighty "bear", has done nothing but do the geopolitical equivalent of shitting itself whilst violently cutting its own limbs off for the last three years. It has turned itself into an economic vassal of china; it has burned away yet another generation never to be regained; it has demolished its stockpiles of armour and artillery that were meant for the hypothesised holy war against "HATO". It has struggled to even capture a fraction of what was, less than a few years ago, one of the poorest and most corrupt nations in the world. Mind you only two summers ago we say the russians experience a minor civil war. And yet this anon would have you believe that the country fighting for its very survival against the asiatic hordes is somehow deserving of your hatred moreso than the invader is?
