No it´s to expensive. I was in Czech,Slovakia and Hungary and i was pretty shoked because the prices are the same like in Germany, not kidding. Hotel,Restaurant,supermarket 1:1 same prices like here. You dont safe a single dime. And Norway is like 3 times more expensive than Germany so it only makes sense if you sleep in a tent or you are a Youtuber / Twitch Streamer
