The full moon made him do it. There was a full moon the night it happened and the pull of the full moon caused him to wolf out and stab her. The black man was a werewolf. Think about this for a minute, really think. This is not any normal human behavior. I think the government is hiding the footage from us because they don't want us to know that werewolves exist.

Think about it. This is extremely odd behavior for a human being. He just decides to attack her for no reason? No, it was a full moon the night it happened. I think the pull of the full moon caused him to attack. Also, notice in the footage how you actually never see a knife? What you actually seeing are his claws appearing out of his fingernails. This is the reason the footage was cut also; the Government doesn't want you to know about this.
