Lisa's original render has her as a 1:1 copy of Cameron Diaz, while the final version makes it a little more subtle. Maria in Sh2 is also a Cameron Diaz copy, which must mean someone on the dev team liked her.

Data mining projects have unearthed tons of crazy cool shit. Here is an early render of what looks like Lisa, and here she's a 1:1 copy of Cameron Diaz, meaning that's likely the inspiration. Someone on the dev team must have loved the bitch, since Maria is also a Cameron Diaz copy (she was pretty big int he late 90s though).
