Not even Joking, here's some piss easy excercises that should help you with that. do at least 1 min of Planks a soon as you wake up from bed and another 1 to 5 mins (if you can) about 30 mins before going to bed

There's a piss easy stretching exercise that helps a lot relieving upper back pain I do, If I find a vid showcasing it I'll post it for you here. But mostly once your core gets stronger, most back pain ceases to be. Worked on my machine.
