:) i do hip thrusts a ton but rn the machine at my gym is brok so i might just do iot with thos barbell things with the unattachable weights on em.
Leg press at 220lb. 15 reps and 4 sets
hip abductor i think at like around 130-150lb with also 15 reps at 4 sets then pushing inside direction at like 80lb same thing reps/sets wise
leg curl thing at 60lb with 10 reps 5 sets
leg extension at 85lb 10 reps 5 sets
back extension with a 25lb plate 10 reps 5 sets
usually try to do the stair machine for like 20 mins
hip thrust machin at like 55lb 10 for 5
this squat thing with 70lb of plates 10 for 5
prolly other things i cant think of. i dont do these all everytime mostly jsut like a random assortment depending on whats sore and whats not and the weights i listed are just like base weights ill usually add 5lb in after every set. sorry if its kinda all over the place with the explanation. im still abit tipsy and not very good at explaining things. but ftmp its that and then i do a massage chair at the end for 10 min :)
