Sup Nerissa, how have you been? I hope you've been resting well. You recently did a watchalong for an anime. I didn't watch it but I'm always interested to know what people enjoy. Good job Nerissa! I was never an anime watcher but I did watch cartoons back in the day. I know you watched teen titans at least. Who was your favorite girl? Starfire or Raven? Or one of the other ones? That theme song is so catchy I can hear it in my head right now.
>Irish traditions
Anyway I think itd be cool if you start learning some sweet Irish traditions. Your children need to know where they come from. I already showed you the St Brigid cross a while back and I think it would be cool of you to start learning how to cook traditional Irish food. Maybe you already know? I dont know. This woman is Irish from Ireland and I don't watch baking channels but she seems to know what she's doing.
>Traditional Irish Barmbrack
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0U0j6GAxNM
She also has a bunch of other traditional recipes you can try making. They all look pretty good. More than that I would really recommend you learn to speak Gaelic, that way you can teach it to your children. Don't let your beautiful language die. You're irish by ethnicity and that means a lot more. Thats where your roots are.
>How to start speaking Irish | Gaeilge i Mo ChroĆ
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ViGAb66Nsdo
Practice speaking with your brother. When they take your language they take your traditions. I'll give you a huge example, the persions still have their traditions because they still have their language (farsi) whereas the majority of the other middle easterners got their language destroyed and overtaken by arabic. Watch this here is Gemma speaking Gaelic (which is Irish) Dont let them steal your language.

Your ancestral dna memories (real thing) will allow you to learn this language super fast. You likely already understood what she said. Translate for us. And learn to make this. Scones are delicious.

Anyway, good luck and have fun with your concert. Tell Kiara I said hello, and also tell the other holos I said hello. And tell them all to get married and get pregnant. Lastly, I want to thank you Nerissa. Thanks and appreciation doesnt get stated as much as it should, so I wanted to thank you for your hard work and efforts youve made in this difficult career. People may not see it but I know youre working hard and I wanted to publically acknowledge your efforts. Good job Nerissa!

Whats up Nerissa congrats on 900k thats super cool! I have a great appreciation for entertainors. Despite what people may think it's actually very difficult to do, but you do a great job! I've tried a little bit of acting in the past and i'm a horrible actor this is how I know being entertaining for the camera is difficult. You're really good though so great job! Be proud of yourself, it's not easy.
>family
Archduke Eduard talked how expansive his family is which is a great thing. I also remembered your father had like 17 or so siblings? So you're already ahead of the game with your large family. Ask your dad about large family when you bring him on stream. Anyway try to connect with them. It's not enough to have a large family but you have to maintain close relationships with them. Otherwise you might as well not be family.
>family 2
I'll give you a little anecdote, I recently met up with a distant relative. Literally the second we met it was like I was talking to a best friend i've know forever, even though we had just met. It literally felt like were were best friends and had just seen each other yesterday. That whole side of the family is like that, they make you feel like a best friend even though you just met. It was super cool. He also told us we have a branch of family in switzerland, so that was rad to find out. Gives me a cool reason to visit switzerland. So try connecting with your relatives, maybe you'll make new best friends? Maybe you find out you have family in switzerland? You never know until you connect with them.
>food
And thats why I wanted to talk to you about family. It opens a web of relationships you may not even have known about. Family strong together. Anyway it's not enough to have family and have relationships with family. We must also cook for family. It's come to my attention too many women and men only use m*crowaves as a way of "cooking". So I also wanted to share the best cooking channel ever. Chef Jean Pierre.
>How to Cook the Perfect Steak | Chef Jean-Pierre
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVcTvHTn6Dw
If you watch him, you will actually learn how to cook as opposed to just being a recipe follower. He is half French and half Italian so he makes the good stuff. The two best cuisines. Follow along with a video every day and you'll be a great cook in like a month. He makes learning to cook easy and his food is delicious. Pick any food you like and start from there but I would recommend steak since it's simple.

Nerissa I hate to be the one to tell you but hot pot sucks. Cioppino is one of my favorite soups it's way better you should try it. It's not difficult to make it just takes a while. Make it for the holo girls while you're there to celebrate your group anniversary. They'll love it too.
>Just Amazing Meatloaf | Chef Jean-Pierre
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U3DQRlF_qnM
Also this meatloaf is the recipe that has impressed me the most. Unironically like top 10 favorite foods ive ever eaten. Meatloaf? Top 10? I wouldnt believe it prior to trying it but its true. Its actually that good. Dont skip any ingredients. Also it's great for thanksgiving.
>lastly
Good job on everything Nerissa! You're doing a fantastic job!

I was literally writing a post last night and the thread dies, people are really upset I'll paste what I wrote:
Alright Nerissa I've been talking about food and you had a burger stream a while back, so Im going to share my top secret recipe for beer brats. Your dad and brorissa are going to appreciate this recipe the most when you make it for them. Literally the best beer brats on Earth. No one can beat my beer brats ever. They might say oh beer brats arent even that good, go back to pissconsin cheese boy (i'm not even from wisconsin). But they never had my beer brats clearly. And I am so humbly going expose my top secret recipe to you and the internet. It's all good, I want people to make them. This is Wisconsin high cuisine, I used to make them when watching Sunday f**tball with my family and sometimes college ball on Saturday.
>bell peppers
>onions
>favorite beer
>Favorite cheese
>butter
First things first the mise en place, cut the peppers and onions in thick julienne strips. How many? It's going to go into the bun with the sausage so you decide. Grate your favorite cheese. I like manchego or gruyere but you can use any including real cheddar. No cheese slices and no velveeta. Leave your favorite beer and butter out at room temp.
>biggest deepest pan or a Dutch oven
>bratwurst
>lard
To actually begin we have to sear the bratwurst. heat lard in Dutch oven on stove top until hot temp. While its heating, poke multiple holes in all the bratwurst with a knife on both sides so the beer can seep in. Once dutch over is up to temp, sear the bratwurst (dont crowd the pan) on all sides. This will brown the bratwurst nicely and give a nice fond on the bottom of the pan. Remove as they are done and set seared bratwurst aside for now.
>onions, bell peppers
>beer
Now throw the onions and bell peppers in the pan, season with salt and pepper, then deglaze with the beer and add the brat back in. The beer should just about cover everything in the pan. At this point it is tradition to say, that the brats are going into the beer hot tub, so you have to say it too. Leave uncovered so the beer reduces on low and slow temp.
>sauce pan
>different butter than before
>nutmeg
>flour
In the meantime we make the beer cheese sauce aka a french mornay sauce with beer. But first we make a bechamel sauce.
>La besciamella in un ristorante 2 stelle Michelin francese con Giuliano Sperandio
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AAx0uIuoBQ
Follow this recipe for a bechamel sauce.
I add a little more flour because more liquid(beer) is coming in momentarily. Then in order to turn it into mornay sauce add the grated cheese and stir until melted (also shown in the video.)
>Finishing
Allow the brats to finish cooking and the beer to reduce so the flavors concentrate. Once beer has reduced enough (up to you) add it into the mornay sauce to turn it into beer cheese sauce. Add as much or as little as you want to your desired viscosity of the sauce.
>buns
Pick your favorite hot dog buns but they have to withstand the weight and sauce. I always choose a baguette for that reason and cut it into the length of the bratwurst. Toast buns in oven and once done cut open and spread butter on the insides and mustard if you want. Then place beer brat as is or you can slice it open lengthwise (I always slice it open) and pour beer cheese sauce and the peppers and onions on top.
>thats it
World's best beer brats. You can make them for the hololive girls while you're still over there. It'd be hilarious if you all get together and instead of having a nice sophisticated tea party you instead have a cookout with grilled food and beer brats. You would be wearing a hawaaiin shirt with pit viper sunglasses, jean skirt, and forewards baseball hat and white new balance shoes. Full boomer core. And an apron that says "kiss me i'm irish" while sippin some beer in one hand and tongs in the other, cooking over the grill. It'd be awesome.

Nerissa I got something for you and then something for your brother. This is a really good long form video, watch this. She also has a "what I eat" playlist you should watch.
>what i eat in a week in italy (aka what my nonna cooks for me lol)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZmBKInxtXE
I like food videos, I like to know what people are eating because I like trying new foods. This girl is not funny like the russian chick, but this is maximum comfy. This is a comfy as it gets. Traditions good. Family good. Friends good. Celebrate and party always. Watch her other videos theyre max comfy too. Theyre from southern Italia and northern Italians like to make fun of southern Italians (in the same way we do here) but southern Italians are really good people. Just like southerners in the US.
>brorissa
I found something for you brother. I recommended bugenhagen to you before but I also told you he's not the end all be all. He is against hypertrophy (gaining muscle size) but I actually love hypertrophy as well. Its honestly harder and requires a fatter girthier horsecock to train than strength only. When you train hypertrophy you have to go to failure every set. It is the most brutal type of workout you'll do in your life. Watch this, its Tom Platz the OG horsecocker.

The beauty of this mindset is that you can carry this to every other endeavour in your life. The ability to never quit and never give up. This will make you triumph and transform you into a champion no matter what you do in life, its a mindset but you also have to prove it. You have to push yourself every time, every set. Use any trauma you've had in your life, maybe some girl dumped you, maybe you got ghosted, maybe you weren't the best athlete, maybe you feel like a loser, use what hurts you most and turn it into anger (fuel) to power your horsecock.
>mentality
Pace around get angry, then start lifting, keep going until it gets heavy that's when the battle starts. Keep pushing yourself, push away from the guy you dont want to be anymore and keep going until youre grunting and struggling and can't do anymore reps. At this point I personally yell to myself in my mind, "Are you a bitch?" "No" "Then fucking prove it." The desire of not wanting to be a bitch (use your trauma here) gives you access to that energy you didnt know you had. So you get that last rep in, but you dont quit there, now you go into half reps then micro reps. Its hard to breathe at this point and you're going to grunt and yell at the pain but keep going. Then when you cant even do a micro rep you say "I'd rather die than quit" and you go into an isometric hold until you cant breathe or the weight falls. Thats when you actually fail. Congrats on your first set, take a one minute breather, you now have two - three more sets to go. Its all in the effort brother. You can do it, I believe in you. Brothers strong together.
>nerissa
Don't worry about what I just wrote. Thats for men. You said one time that you give up when things get difficult or challenging but thats not true Ive seen it. I know you don't give up, and you always keep pushing, good job Nerissa! Be proud of yourself like we are.
