Reddit started recommending her subreddit to a bunch of redditors briefly making her subreddit #2 related to a single streamer.
A shit ton of them thought it was a random meme subreddit, and then had a reddit moment when Alana's secret club was tossed into the fireant pit of søy, pozzery, numales, and “““intellectuals”””.
They mass reported it and the site admins made it an 18+ NSFW subreddit.

Half of these literal tourists whined about how it was a chud, rightwing, misogynistic, incel subreddit — and the other half didn't even know who Alana was!
Every other comment thread had someone asking

Despite the streamer literally being the subreddit's namesake.

Alana did get a new twitter banner out of it nevertheless, (pic related) so that's a nice consolation after missing out on bluesky's VTuber hitlist.
