I think that was something I said in the previous thread, it was pretty clear to me that its definitely something like that. Most seasons also have a mechanical gimmick that usually gets upgraded using elemental verbs and that is exactly what Kepler abilities do albeit Matterspark is a bit of a more flashy than your usual seasonal gimmick.

The missions themselves are very clearly not up to par with the effort in a annual expansion campaign.
