the rework she got makes her a very good support that can fit into any team to increase the damage of your DPS significantly
keep in mind she does so by applying debuffs so she does not work as easily as tribbie, robin or RM but can amplify the numbers near their levels
her E1 allows her to ult faster and at E2 she is the best ack sidekick, even better than the pinkfox
in the end go for whoever you want, but byt the time SW arrives (september) we most likely will have more info of Cerydra and I bet she will be busted to hell
