just hook up extra synaptic wires, install more eyes, eyes in the suit's eyes, eyes on the body, eyes everywhere, i suggest and expanded visual processing brain suite along. it doesn't have to be invasive you can get the detachable brain expanded or you could just go for a globe dome like a richman, but only if you have a lot of extra brain and redundant cranium to work with. usually mechs segment their brain to avoid lethal damage anyway.
also peri-testons are nice if you're in a macrosuit spelunker, the peritestons can extend, are hooked up to the main body and have built in brains to digust the visual information before passing it to you directly.
