Oh and read the CBS predictions since they're all compeltely reasonable but far off.

1. They cite the BJs pitching woes. Reasonable. They didn't know that Trey Yesavage came in and filled the gap perfectly.
2. They cite the Yanks offense and run differential. Reasonable. But they discount the winning record the jays had over the Yanks in the season, and the offense.
3. They cite Bo Bichette's injury which is reasonable. But the rest of the team stepped up, and George Springer became their hero.

Springer got injured right after Bo came back, so their offense has remained the same.

The fallacy is just looking at the numbers: Yanks seemed top tier. But someone like Buck came in and pointed out the actual flaws in the fundamentals in their play.

Yanks and Dodgers hit home runs, but that's it. They don't hit homers, they don't win the game.
