They likely don't know much about what I watch and read. They did buy me manga when I was a kid though. But that was stuff like Rurouni Kenshin and Naruto and nothing too out there. I sometimes order manga though (more recently mostly in Japanese) and sometimes they comment on it, mostly about how it's not in English. I have relatives that are still obsessed with Dragon Ball in a pretty cringy way, which probably draws more attention than anything I do since I don't project it as much.
