poor guy, hopefully he will be freed up soon or smuggled to India. It's his fault, it was just a minor mistake. He also couldn't read the weight limit because of language barriers so unfortunately he wasn't aware of the consequences. Hopefully he gets off free as soon as possible. best wishes

I think it's time we forgive him
He just made a dumb mistake, he wasn't actively going to hurt anyone. Controlling a truck is a very difficult task to do, you have to take that into mind . I don't think he will receive any prison time, again just like the Humboldt crash, this was just an accident.
He will most likely be sent to India where he has land and family that will support him.
